Aims of Project Management Center are:
initiate and coordinate inovative national and international projects in the College; offer and perform services of qualification development for companies and social partners.
Main functions of Project Management Center are: dissemination of information of currently implemented and already implemented projects and their benefits to academic community of the College; preparation of proposals of national and international projects; consultations about implementation of international projects to academic community of the College; dissemination of information to foreign institutions about new international projects or programmes; participation in public procurement procedures for training, studies of possibilities and other services, including preparation of tenders, representation of the college during procurement process before and after contracting; initiation of creation and implementation of new training programmes for companies and social partners. “Improvement of Practical Skills of Business Information Systems Management graduates in EU countries”

Aims of the project:
1. To introduce the new ideas and convey the subject knowledge to the graduates by using the innovative forms and improve the practical skills in the field of information management by ensuring better employment opportunities.
2. To improve the professional English language knowledge usage in the multicultural environment, provide international communication experience and improve the general analytical thinking, communicative, etc. competencies.

All the receiving institutions relate on the same activities linked to the information management spreading through the accumulation of the various information analysis, interpretation and wide spreading, social links establishment in the virtual environment, active learning by using IT decision making. The partners also share the same project-based activities. For the period of 12 weeks the participants at the receiving institutions will not only be able to gain new ideas, strengthen their practical skills and subject conversance but also improve their language knowledge as well as social abilities in multicultural environment.
After the internship graduates will make final reports. In these reports the participants will have to write about the general experience they had abroad, to assess the knowledge they gained during the internship program and submit all of this information to help the elaboration of the innovative ideas generating companies.
The graduates will get their internship approving certificates as well as Europass mobility documents from the receiving institutions. The latter documents will serve as evidence about the gained information management competence, let the students honour proposals to the Lithuanian companies upon improving the proceeding and quality standards.
