ERASMUS INTENSIVE PROGRAMME
„AN INTENSIVE COURSE OF MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES“

On the 26th of April 2010 all of the Erasmus IP participants went on an excursion to the old capitals of Lithuania – Trakai and Kernavė. Students and lecturers not only spent a lot of great time in a company of each other but also got to know much new about the beautiful and never before visited places of Lithuania.

On the 27th of April 2010 the Erasmus IP team went onto a trip to the historical Grūtas Park, a sculpture garden of Soviet-era statues and an exposition of other Soviet ideological relics from the times of the Lithuanian SSR.

Next stop after the striking Grūtas park was the beautiful town of Druskininkai. The students along with the rest of the group not only have tried the precious mineral water of the biggest Lithuanian resort but also had enjoyed a memorable dinner altogether.

 

 

From the 21st of April 2010 to the 25th of April 2010 all the Erasmus IP action moved to the rural area of Andrioniškis. During the hike a lot of different tasks had to be achieved – ability to work in a team, ability to apply knowledge in practice; management of information, wish to achieve / win and many other. As You can see from the pictures below, the backpackers were trying really hard and successfully managed to cope with all of the problems.

ERASMUS INTENSIVE PROGRAMME
„AN INTENSIVE COURSE OF MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES“

On the 15th of April 2010 Vilnius Cooperative College is starting the implementation of an Erasmus Intensive Programme (further – Erasmus IP) „An Intensive Course of Managerial Competencies“.
The objective of this Erasmus IP course is to strengthen and improve the managerial skills that are essential to this course target groups - nowadays students and teachers of business management through using one of most effective method – experiential learning. Therefore, we are encouraging three main tasks of this course: 1. Encourage consciousness concerning managerial competencies; 2. Strengthen every managerial competence; 3. Give ability for their further improvement. All IP course activities and learning is based on experiential learning method.
This Erasmus IP involves our partners from Poland, Portugal and Romania, each of them delegating 1 teacher and 4 students for attending this intensive programme.
